I have traveled around to a lot of festivals and I will always choose South Texas Tails to eat. All locations that they cook at are awesome and can spend the day with the whole family. The owners are awesome people and will always choose to go where they are cooking."

Not only do they serve amazing crawfish, but they also show up and show out for their community and truly care about their customers. You’ll never leave their trailer disappointed! Plus, the trailer I go to is at Moonshine Deck Icehouse, which has a great outdoor, family-friendly environment. Now I make a point to go see them whenever they’re at Crazy Train Bar. Their crawfish are amazing—great flavor, perfectly cooked, and some of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely worth checking out if you love good crawfish."
